We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:
  • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent
  • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
  • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
  • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
  • Proactively reach out to hot leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to initiate conversations and assess their real estate needs
  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and our real estate agents
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate follow-up and lead nurturing
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion
  • Stay informed about the real estate market trends and regulations to provide accurate information to leads
  • Be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to accommodate the schedules of potential clients
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address any concerns or questions from leads promptly
  • Demonstrate persistence and resilience in following up with leads until they are ready to convert
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the brokerage
Qualifications:
  • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
  • 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • Must possess a real estate license
  • Demonstrated motivation and a results-driven approach
  • Flexible schedule with the willingness to work outside normal business hours if necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in writing
  • Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology
  • Experience working with CRM software and managing client databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns efficiently
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
